The latency issue with Dota is terrible since the past few days and is still ongoing.
5 of us are playing everyday. 3 are with 2degrees and 2 others are not. All of us are experiencing the same problem.

The issue is resolved by all of us using ExpressVPN or Surfshark VPN.

We are choosing New Zealand as our country of connection.

With this situation on hand, does it still fall to Valve server issue or does ISP like 2degrees can do something about this?

If its a Valve server issue, why the issue is resolved by using VPN?

Hope you can find a solution and help us gamers as this is extremely unplayable. Thanks very much.

I was reading this post and NZ players have mentioned it's now fixed.

I tried a game on both my CGNAT and public IP connections and am no longer experiencing the input lag. What's others experience like atm?

Issue has now been fixed. I tried to play Dota on Saturday morning and there is no packet loss even without using a VPN.

Thanks very much.
