Just an update
It seems that the speed issue is now fixed! I get the high speeds now on most of websites.
Don't know what caused the problem though but hoping that this is not temporary and the speed wont drop again after couple of days.

Anyway thanks to Joe :)

Still waiting for the interleaving to be turned off though.. requested almost a month ago and seems it is still turned on D:

Found a issue and permanently fixed it... it started on the 22nd Feb


I just arrived from work and just checked the speed is now at 12Mbps (our max line speed :) ) on most of the websites which had been slow.

Update - Still slow on some of international servers but it seems that national seems fine as vfxguynz mentioned in the other thread.

Strange...speed bit better on some of international websites but even worse on some others.
