Hi All

Hoping someone can help me.

My partner purchased a second hand phone samsung rugby handset here in nz that is great.  He uses it on the Spark network, the phone has the AT & T operating system and everything works find except he cannot send or receive multimedia message and cannot connect to the interenet.

Does anyone know if I can change the settings on his phone so these options work, I am great with technology but know a thing or two and spark have been no help at all.

Thanks in advance
Megan

He will need to change the APN settings on the phone to those of Sparks. (See here http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=39&topicid=32983)

However AT&T have had a habbit in the past of locking these down so you may not be able to change them easily.

I've had a couple of old AT&T phones and changed the APN fine.  Though I believe the rugby is a flip phone some may not be too easy..
