My Sky box has a VCR SCART In channel. I was wondering if I could use this connection for my DVD recorder, with a single scart cable, like so ...........

For playback
DVDR (out signal =RGB) > Sky VCR SCART In (in signal =RGB???) [VCR SCART In channel selected] > TV (in=RGB)

For recording
Sky VCR SCART (out signal =S-Video) [some Sky channel selected] > DVDR (in signal =s-video)

Note : the complication is that my DVDR will only take s-video IN on AV2 and my TV only has one SCART input, which takes only Composite and RGB. The RGB looks very.
