Hi, I have this JCMatthew HD Multimedia Player MP1000, but it would not play any movie and audio files in my collections even though they are MP4 & MP3 format.My version is JCM0.00.1.9.0. Please I need your advice on what to do. if I needed to upgrade the firmware to resolve this issue, how do I get the latest firmware for this product.

Just having a look online I can't seem to find the firmware update for them.

Did it use to play the files?

If so have you tried to reset the box?

Thanks Tripp for your response. I just bought this device new from A trade site and find out it wasn't as advertised. Yes, i have reset the device but it doesn't resolved the issue. I thought if i can update/upgrade the firmware it could help resolve it. I thought the firmware may be corrupt in some way,that's why i want firmware upgrade
