Good morning all,
I changed companies in December last year and they set me up with a new company email account with the background provider being telecoms business hub. As soon as I got the email account I set it up for everything to be sent to my existing gmail account so I can access everything on the go. (I travel around the country a lot with the job so being able to access all email in one place is a life saver).
Everything has been going well until the beginning of this month at which point gmail has started reporting a SSL error when trying to receive from the telecom server. All my other email accounts are receiving perfectly.
If i manually ask gmail to try and receive again it may get the emails about 1/20 times so I know it is not a user/password error.
Has anyone else out there had this kind of problem in the past? Is this something everyone is dealing with at the moment?
Any help would be great as I am sitting with a very angry boss at the moment as I do not reply to emails I haven't received.
Also I can send emails without any issues.
