Ok our Kingsland account after some messing around rebooting router did not work but repowering ONT seem to do the trick. 4th outtage this month Bigpipe starting to get a little edgy

0.01% down time is edgy now? Are you running a web server from home? Go and make a cuppa while the ONT reboots. xD

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Can confirm this one has nothing to do with Bigpipe.  We had no work going on at this time, and had nothing else impacting the network.

Sometimes stuff just happens - could be weather related, some work going on in the local cabinet, or a whole myriad of things unrelated to us.

If you're still experiencing an issue please get in touch with the team via our website - if it's a fault in your ONT or a cut cable somewhere then you'll need to do this so we can log a fault with Chorus to fix it.
