Hope someone can help with this
Been with spark for 6-7 years been using a Technicolor adsl modem (not sure on model sorry) since when first connected.
Moved house late last year and the new house i have been having really slow 1-2mbps internet with no disconnects, a few weeks ago i checked the status and notice a lot of errors and a mate told me i might need a new modem as they wear out and is a bit old.
I went out and bought a new TD-W8960N modem set it up instantly got 9-10Mbps was happy, broadband checker said i should get 12 thought it was close enough and left it.
Two days later get home and find out we lost internet, restart modem working again, then another two days again it did it again, that keep going till the end of the week.
Went back to the store and got a DSL-AC52U modem set it up worked ok then notice it was doing the same thing but it was reconnected by itself in a couple of mins of losing internet and the logs showed this.
But as the week went on it was doing it more often, yesterday it did it four times. Did a full reboot and it has stopped for now but wanting to try to stop it from doing it again.
