Has anybody been having quality issues lately. I've been experiencing really bad connections with the person on the other end breaking up. I was trailing Vfx and went well until recently. The only thing that has changed is My service provider changed from Telecom to Telstaclear for reasons of Bigbackyard. But that should not have affected anything because it is just an administration thing, nothing physically changed.
Also has Vfx extended the trial period or that only for new connections.
