Is it possible fix any of these issues?

When there is a message, you cannot tell what time or day it was left.
If you don't want to hear the whole message, you cannot delete it part way through.
You cannot change the amount of times it rings before the answer phone comes on. -Maximum of 9

The time and date is always mentioned at the beginning (Message sent, <day> <date> at <time>

To skip to the end of the message, press '3' a couple of times, then 7 (?) to delete.

There is a number you can call to change the amount of rings. It's *88 and you will then be prompted to enter the amount of rings before voicemail picks up. This can be set to any number between 0 (forward to voicemail immediately) up to 9 (9 rings before voicemail picks up).
