its now 2 houres after the help line shoulda opend and i keep getting old as music for ages while waiting and still nothing

story cut short is...

internet stopped working yesterday
callled xnet and they said they would rebuild my line
then outta deperation tried my old details for xtra
and wola
my telecom details worked
WTF?
how could this happen????
ive only had xnet for like 20 days
maybe i forgot to cancel my xtra account
but when i signed up the lady said xnet would take care of all of that

so lyk im pretty keen to get back to the xnet

:(

i still am getting the waiting line music :(

do they not hav technical assitance in the weekends?
