Hi, so rather than blurb out a rant - I'll provide a compact series of events to help explain the issues I'm having. We're trying to keep the budget in-like with the $90 we're currently paying.

-Around 1.5 months ago we signed up to move from Slingshot to Vodafone Cable.
-They promised to move us over the duration of 1-3 months from ADSL to cable. Giving us 3 months free, instead of just the first month. (This is where they didn't write it down)
-2 weeks later we receive an email saying: "Can you please confirm your connection order as we are trying to run a transfer from your current provider Callplus however your services have been disconnected."
-We called them, and they said they'll call us back. They never did.
-We called them a week later, and they said once again they'll call us back. They never did.
-A few weeks later we call them, we get hung up on a few times randomly, sometimes during transfer. Not intentionally.
-Then finally we get told to call Tuesday when the provisioning team will be available. Unfortunately they're now wanting to charge us for the ADSL. We just want the cable.

Is there anybody who may help.

quickymart: Is fibre not available in your area?

The ultra-fast fibre is not available, they told us the cable network is going to be upgraded beyond that network in around another 2 months at this location.

I'll try him. I kind of wish their call team was all localised.
