Went away for the w/e - came back as was told phones were out. Looked at PAP2T - sure enough RHD 2 leds both unlit. So rebooted Dynalink ADSL2+ modem and waited for the lights to come on again (this has happened quite a few times...) modem rebooted but no RHD leds on PAP  !!!
Rebooted whole installation inc Apple Airport extreme router. Tried evry combination of rebooting - status unchanged! Still no phones.

Looked thru all my email corresp with XNET and nowhere can I find a way to email in a support query - all well and good if you have a phone - but I dont, aaargh!

So decided to register here and hope to get help this way.

Please can somebody look at this for me?
Phone number ***sevenfourfour***3118**
obviously leave out the asterisks!

Thanks
James

Hi jcsh,

I have re-created your device configuration file, can you please restart your device to force a new registration?

Thanks

It appears a update to the configs somehow corrupted some details in your device, we havn't found the root cause of why it happened to your config yet sorry
