just wondering if anyone esle has seen or noticed the same on their usage metre? that nothing has been recorded against the 30-31st July?
Members of my family have definitely been using the internet all weekend (going hard out actually trying to use up the rest of our usage pack).
I suspect usage for these two days has been recorded against the 1 August affecting my new usage pack.
We are on Homeplan in AK.

Please be aware that there was a Internet Usage meter outage from Saturday 30th July untill Monday 1st August for some customers.

All usage during this time has been added to Monday’s total.
Please aware this may affect some customers, particularly those where the billing period falls during the outage.

Thanks TelstraClear for the update.
My monthly anniversary date is the 1st of the month. I think I've had about 4GB deducted from my August usage pack in error.

I think TC should fix this for you free of charge, since it was their fault and disadvantages you.

Everyone should check their usage for those days.

I had 20gb added to my account.

I also lodged a fault on the TCL website the other week. Someone contacted me shortly after acknowledging the problem (customers with cap anniversarys during the outage) and a proposed fix.
If I go over my August cap (up to the lost amount +) and get charged another usage pack - TCL will credit it back. So all good if it works.
