I haven't been able to get connection since yesterday morning. TC said they finally put an analyser on my account and will take further action after 24 hours. However, I have a feeling that they might be having some major outage issues nationwide at the moment (mainly from call center's auto-response messages). Anyone else having the same issue?

By the way, I found something amusing about TC's network status webpage. Try http://networkstatus.telstraclear.co.nz/ and http://networkstatus.telstraclear.co.nz/?section=customer-zone&submenu=servicestatus.

The URL without the query string brings up a page that says paradise.net is having major disruptions and the one with the query string brings up one that says paradise.net is having some known problems.

No problem here in Johnsonville on cable.

You didn't say if you are on Cable or DSL, or where you are (to help locate others with the same problem).

Oh, I totally forgot about that. I'm on DSL, and in Glenfield, Auckland.
