bad timing.. in stoped playing sims....thn bar played up near start menu....

i tired to restore... but i got a square window bussy image.. i has photo but only got phone now.. im trying to restore...do back up.. but keeps coming up to restore windows. if i dont fix we take to shop tomorrow to fix up...
my issue is.
am i able to fix or am i wasting time
im so gutted.. i just got my hot spot working.. and i wished i didnt play sims lol
any advice how do i fix bios window. so i can has comp back???

What sort of computer to start with ? (I assume an HP maybe from Google results for that error ?)
The Sims wont have anything to do with a BIOS error :D

its hp sorry for not much details when i load it it keeps going to the system restore.. then reboots. i amjust doing a memeory problem as very laggy mouse and screen went grey weird

no hp quicklook

isssue happened when closing sims stared a blue line across the bar...
am trying everything but keeps coming back to system restore
am googling.. i will get computer boot disc tomorrow. is there anything i can do tonight
