Hi everyone.

There have been posts similar to this but they were from several years ago and seem to be about phones not cameras so I've decided to create a new thread. I've been looking at camera gear and Supero is usually the cheapest option that pops up on google when it comes to new kit, which is strange because I've never heard of them. I've checked review sites like trustpilot and although the general consensus is positive there are a couple of claims of them passing off used products as new or not servicing faulty products. My question is if anyone on here has used them, and if so what's your opinion? Should I trust them with my money?

Thanks.

Aspen79: ...Should I trust them with my money?...

I wouldn't.  As you say refurbished/used gear at worst, and drop-shippers at best.  I expect for any warranty claims they would be a nightmare to deal with.

For a camera body I would always shop local.  We pay a bit of a premium here in NZ but specials and discouns are frequent. Specialist photography shops tend to have better prices but there is the odd bargain to be found at some of the big name chains.

Lenses and other peripherals (especially non-electronic ones, e.g. a tripod) I'm OK with buying online from overseas (US usually, typically Amazon) if the money to be saved is significant enough.

Did Eric Clapton really think she looked wonderful...or was it after the 15th outfit she tried on and he just wanted to get to the party and get a drink?

I bought my Samsung S7E from Supero in 2016, after 6 months the phone went faulty, and replaced me with another S7e which is the Dubai version(the replacement isn't a brand new device anyway). but so far no problem with the device.

and yeah, recently when I checked on pricespy, this company was not listed on there anymore
