It is possibly a problem with quicktime. Uninstall quicktime, or quicktime alternative. resintall it, and see if that works. Do not install it as part of the itunes package. I might even be able to perform a 'repair' from the quicktime installer, once you have downloaded it.

i did all that and the errors gone... but now everytime i try to run iTunes(9.2) it just says

"Itunes has stoped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

I updated itunes lastnight, and got the same errors.
To resolve it, I uninstalled, iTunes, Quicktime and any quicktime alternatives. Eg qt-lite.

Restarted, reinstalled iTunes, and it now works fine. So check if you have any alternatives to quicktime installed. Remove them, and the official Quicktime, and iTunes, restart and reinstall.

What about quicktime? Have you made sure any/all apple installs to do with itunes have been uninstalled? Or even removed from your program files folder?
