I purchased a used SP5 a couple of weeks ago that, after working fine for a week, has suddenly lost its audio. I can hear the ring but can't hear the caller and they can't hear me. It also won't produce audio from Media Player, though you can see the song is playing. A Vodafone shop said it was a software problem. I have tried to update Windows Mobile but after a 15min download it came up "unsuccessful". Has anyone struck this issue before?
