Hi, I just can't connect to the internet on my JasJam,
VFNZ Internet is currently under the My ISP settings:

VFNZ Internet (Cellular Line - GPRSm 3G).
APN: www.vodafone.net.nz

everything else is blank.
everytime I try and connect to internet i get this messege...

Dialed www.vodafone.net.nz
cannot connect for unknown reason...... etc etc.

Under network Managment
My ISP is used twice, from each drop box.

Any help is appreciated!

You can try changing the APN to internet only. If you still cannot connect try a soft reset. If the problem persists then contact Vodafone and ask if your your MSISDN is allowed to access the * APN.

Yes. Check the Vodafone APN sticky post.

Are you a prepay customer or on account? when calling vodafone customer service ask if you have the unverified APN.

And you realise on Prepay you are paying a small fortune per MB?

Make sure you have credit before calling vodafone customer service and asking if you have the APN and as MF advised its not cheap using prepay to access the internet.

Yeah I currently do have credit, do you guys know of any other settings that could be conflicting? I'm quite certain the phone is a parallel import.

[Edit] Popped the sim card back into my old Nokia N80 ... No connection on there either, so I'm guessing its got nothing to do with the phone itself!

APN will need to be checked if its in the backend (HLR)
