Hi Yall,
I.v had this Ipaq for 5 weeks now but it wont accept my finger print, why is this. i tried putting the password in but it wont connect is there a way of resetting the finger print so i can re do it.

Are you the first owner? Have you enrolled your fingerprint, or is from a previous owner? If this is the case, you might have to perform a hard reset.

I am the first owner just it wont accept my finger print saying that its not a match? im the only one that uses it. Iv tried to get in through my password on my pc uit accepts that but it wont connect.

Whats a hard reset?

A hard reset is when you reset your device completely, and it reinstalls all the software from ROM, like new. It erases everything on the Pocket PC, so you should have copies of your files before doing this.

Ahhhh yeah all my files used to sychronize to my computer every night . So yeah i have all my files on hard disk i hope.
