We've been on an Orcon Genius in Wellington for almost a year with almost no problems regarding speed and reliability. However, for the last few nights (I can't say if it's been an issue during the day as I've been at work), our connections to international websites and servers have been pretty shocking. Very high latency in WoW (partner not happy!), international websites "stalling" while loading, our business server taking forever to respond etc. etc.

I ran some tracert's tonight, and noticed that the latency appears to be caused by one link the chain that times out every single time - see excerpts below. Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

I don't know if it could be related, but they've just started digging up the block next to mine for UFB. We aren't getting UFB in this phase of the rollout where I live, so I assume that the area they're working on is on a neighbouring cabinet or something? Is it possible we're sharing capacity while the work is being done?
