Finally I have good news, I signed up on the day it was available (1st October) for 30/10 and have now had internet for a couple weeks and am very happy with it indeed :)

If you're intending on getting fibre, expect it to take a month to get installed, although that, I don't think is Snaps fault at all. I think I had about 3 different contractors show up to do a small job each, but then it didn't work, so they all had to come back to figure out what was broken, it still didn't work so they had to come out again, but on the last visit they had it up and running very quickly. All up it took about a month I think, but I guess it can't be helped when you're relying on different companies to do a job before the next company can do theirs.
The Snap team were very helpful, although they couldn't often provide me with any information due to the other sub contractors not releasing the information until a job was complete. Maybe being able to have information BEFORE they complete a job might be quite helpful?
At first my phones weren't working but the Snap representative remoted into my FritzBox and set up the phones properly and let me know it could be 3 days or so before the phones would work as there was a problem on their end with my phone number but that was resolved the next day. Well done!
So in short, I'm a happy camper and the 50/20 plan looks very tempting! I have also recommended Snap to at least two other people already :)
Here's some quick pics of the install to show the nice job UltraFastFibre did:
