Where is their customer support located? If they have support located in multiple countries, then what are those countries, and which country takes up the majority?

Broadband or Mobile? Broadband helpdesk is in Chch. Pretty sure Mobile is in Auckland?

I think Mobile is in City or Newmarket 

 

I remember them having two branches for mobile? I think one is near khyber pass road?

 

 

 

I wouldn't be surprised if they have people in the mobile branch knowing about broadband.
