I was on the 250gb plan and my connection was 12 mbps now on the unlimited plan it is only 6 mbps.

The "better network" gave me the 12mbps after i was on their normal equipment at 4mbps. This now is no better.

I'm paying for the "better network" not a normal speed, i might as well start shopping around.

Slingshot please reinstate my speed. please.

Aj

@houndnz What are the modem line stats showing?

Might be a good idea to start off reviewing the many other threads around basic fault checking

Your post doesn't really make a lot of sense other than the mention of your speed dropping.

It might help to provide some more information.

What did Slingshot support advise when you contacted them?

Hiya. Sounds like our techs need to take a look and see what's happening with your account. Could you please, either send us through a message with your account details or give the team a bell directly on 0800 89 2000. Cheers!
