Hi,

I've been a snap/ 2Degrees customer for years and never had an issue until the last month. I've been noticing that latency has been increasing from what I'd normally expect of ~45 to ~150 to certain Australian game servers. The increase seems to always be at the ip4.gtt.net hop. What's interesting is if I tether my phone (spark) I do not see the same latency increase at that hop. This issue seems to come and go.

I'll include two trace routes below, the first from this morning showing me experiencing the issue. The second, when things are behaving normally. Friends / family in very close physical proximity but with another provider do not seem to be experiencing the issue either so I'm guessing this is something to do with 2degrees routing?

I was hoping this could be looked at and see if it's possible to resolve.
