ronw: Would you recommend leaving the mobile data going all the time or turning it off and just switching it in when you want to check mail etc
ALso if you have wifi switched on does it use that if available instead of the broadband data?

and the email are only 100-150 character text doc's so what... 150 bytes tops
Teeps: I think the best way is to keep everything turned on as that's how it's designed to be used and gives the best seamless experience but if you find you're spending more on cell data than you'd like then start making changes in how you use it.
