I often need to access My Orcon account page to check how much data/phone call I have used. I have no problem accessing it with any connection except with my android phone when it's on 3G. It's works fine when my phone is on WiFi. The web page I'm getting was saying that I'm from oversea. I have sent 3 emails explaining I'm in Auckland. Orcon's customer service has kindly replied me twice but telling me I'm oversea. Now they give up on me I think. Anyone has any idea how to fix this problem? Settings on my phone?

The operation you are attempting is disallowed.
Your operation may have been disallowed because you do not presently have access to this part of the system or data. For security reasons, certain areas of the system are restricted to specific geographic regions. If you are presently accessing the system from a country where you are not normally residing, those geographic restrictions may be influencing your ability to access the system.

Hi there,
Let me look into it. Have you got a ticket number you can message to me?
Or, email me at quentin.reade at team.orcon.net.nz.
Cheers, Quentin

I love how they tell you that you're not in a place that allows access - i.e. outside of NZ and then give you an 0800 number to call!

Hi there,
We have changed the account settings (sorry about that, one setting was incorrect), so this should work as planned.
Many thanks,
Quentin
