Hi all,

We have a setup in the Marlborough sounds where we have an external antenna setup that plugs into cellphones and gives them coverage just, we often have people with iPhones stay who cannot plug in. I have heard there are passive cradles which connect to the external antenna and gives the phone signal when you put the phone in the cradle?

Anyone used one of these? Are they any good? Where’s s the best place to get one?

Passive cradles have a fair bit of loss on the transfer. What's the plugged in service like?

Hi thanks for the replies, we get a couple of bars when attached.

Sometimes just sometimes you can get coverage if you place the iPhone by the window and hold your tongue right.

No no internet we are in the wilderness in a kiwi batch/hut.
