There was an article on stuff.co.nz last week about push to talk, and it mentioned that the Sanyo 8200 was due to be released by the end of the week. Can't see it on Telecom's web site, though.
Having said that, I'm actually quite happy with my TX115 at the moment.
I bought an 8200 on Thursday. I wasn't quite prepared to pay the $500 price tag, but the dealer said that they could offer me a $50 'upgrade' discount without me having to commit to a term contract (I'm on open term at the moment and want to stay that way). I'm not sure what the criteria is to get this discount, but they looked at my account history on their database, so I assume that existing customers are offered this discount at regular intervals. It's certainly not something that Telecom seems to actively promote!
As to the difference between the 8100 and 8200, the only significant features that the 8200 has over the 8100 is push-to-talk and a camera flash, although the 8200 is apparently more refined in areas like the camera, user interface, etc. They're both good handsets, but the 8100 is getting pretty long in the tooth and I definitely wouldn't pay more than $300 for one.
I had a Hyundai TX115 previously and it was a perfectly capable handset in terms of features and ease of use. Unfortunately, based on comments made here, it seems that there are a number of known issues with them, but later firmware versions might be okay.
Getting back to your original question, I think that the Sanyo 4920, 8200, 7400 and Nokia 3205 are all much better value than the Sanyo 8100 or Hyundai TX115 if you look at current retail prices. Of course, it's conceivable that you might be able to pick up a cheap 8100 in the near future as retailers move to clear remaining stock, but that's just my own speculation.

Lightsurf is a Network (I think) feature that gives you an online gallery for your phone, what sucks mostly is if you get a Photo Message you have to view it on your phone's WAP browser and in the case on a TX115c you can't download it using the download link.
Perhaps you could look at a Samsung A680 it has a Camera, Video etc but no P2T but who would REALLY want P2T anyway.
