I've had some experience using Tivo in Australia and loved it, but that was some time ago and I'd like to know what other people think. I've heard it can be slow to boot and the HD space is rather limited. In practical terms, what are its highlights and lowlights? I guess I'd really like one, but I'm finding it difficult to justify the price.
