this might just be one usa product but it brings into question of how many other electronic lock manufactures have a master code, backup code, or back door, to their products (especially as liberty do not make their own locks). that might include whats on your house front door. what happens if that company gets hacked and those codes get out into the wild.

i'm sure there is heaps of videos out there about this event, but this guy has video's on some of the security products out there (eg apartment building access) that all use the exact same key. it really highlights the illusion of security.
