Anyone have any suggestions on somewhere to get a new F&P dishwasher motor at a sharp price?

 

Quick research indicates eek they are very costly for something so basic been quoted $400+

Guess we'll pluck this thing out of the wall, take a squizz underneath at the guts see if we can verify whats gone in the thing, assume the wash pump motor by the looks of some google-foo ...

Um... 5+ Years old but can you actually date the DOM via Serial, thats all we have ?

Fisher & Paykel bases their warranty solely on the serial number as that tells them the date of sale. However it’s not going to be under warranty at 5 years. Should be a straight forward DIY repair if you have basic skills and tools. Maybe do a search on YouTube you might find a video guide.
