I have a total trainer. I really like it, though I rarely use it for various reasons. I am trying to improve my core, and my general cardio fitness, though I don't like to run. (unless chasing a squash ball)
I am a Squash player, and what I want to do is centered around improving my ability to "stay in a game" for longer, and improve my core strength.
I'd also like to lose about 7KG, and eventually about 10KG. Mostly around my middle.
I can find plenty of "exercises" but not really anything like a workout video where I can follow on screen etc.
Anyone have any links they recommend etc?
