Often we post about poor service, so I thought I would post about great service.

I purchased a foam gun from Detail Depot. It worked well, but one day it didn't foam. I thought the filter might be clogged, disassembled the gun and had a look. I emailed Detail Depot and asked for some advice about either replacement filters or use of an appropriate solvent to clean the filter.

John from Detail Depot made several attempts to get hold of me, and came to my house to have a look at the filter, because they have had a very few foam gun issues. He brought a replacement gun and insisted I trialed that with my pressure washer. He took the faulty gun away with him, and has tracked down the issue. However, I'm getting the feeling he doesn't want the replacement gun back.

This is a great example of hands-on customer service, delivered on a no compromise basis - John appears to be mostly concerned with my customer satisfaction.

Would recommend Detail Depot if you need any car detailing equipment or product. On a related note, I am pretty happy with CarPro products, and am also going to get my Porsche protected with CQ Finest.
