They've just resent my order via DHL now, hopefully it'll be here within a week.

Same. To their credit they decided quickly to bail on Oz mail and just re-send the order.

New note on the support page (i'm still waiting for a response):

Important Notice: Delivery Delays to AU/NZ

We regret to inform you of delays in delivering orders to Australia and New Zealand due to issues with between PostOne and their last mile courier.

We are assured that they work on highest priority to resolve the problem and release all orders for delivery

Your patience and understanding are deeply appreciated.

Its the first time theyve used Aussie PostOne for any orders for me - so potentially it was the issue. All other orders, sale or not have been timely

My replacement order has arrived today, via DHL.

Edit: I went to update my OP on the Shelly Facebook page, and they've deleted my post. So consider any complaints you do see as likely only a drop in the bucket.

Same. The remedial goods and freight must be costing a packet. But good on them for putting it right - makes me positively disposed to them and their brand.

Update to my support ticket of 17 days ago...

Excuse us for the delayed reply. Normally, we are replying much faster but we are extremely overloaded at the moment.

Unfortunately, at the moment the courier experience a delay with New Zealand shipments.

In our opinion, the shipment will arrive in your country later in February.

We asked the courier to check for your shipment and if they provide us with more specific time frame, we will inform you.

Please, keep an eye on the tracking links for updated information soon.

I got the same copy/paste response to my ticket (after a 19 day delay for them to respond).  My postone tracking has now changed and says Shipment not found!, so I'm not sure that their comment "keeping an eye on the tracking links" is helpful.

I've made many orders in the past from Shelly EU and have been happy with them, but this is the last time I'll be ordering anything from them - a 3 month delay (so far) and piss poor communication isn't worth it.  I'm wondering if I should just start a dispute through Paypal now?

My previous postone tracking number no longer worked, and after I complained to them about it Shelly support have provided me with a new postone tracking number which says it was shipped on 28 Dec (so it's not a new shipment).  The new corresponding Australia post tracking number says "We couldn't find that tracking number"

Shelly support also stated "We expect the shipment to be delivered around the end of the next week or in the 1st week of March.", so I guess I'll keep waiting...
