I am looking to further invest in some shares, which include international indices but via a company instead of personally.

Does anyone know any online share brokers that has this option? I have reached out to a few and all seem to be personal accounts only.

You'll likely need a full service broker, as I suspect the AML/CFL requirements will be different for company transactions versus  personal ones,

Also they will need a process to ensure that the person operating the account is appropriately authorised and approved by the company , and whether or not they need to cite documentation for each transaction from management or Shareholders

(Yes I am aware you are likely fill all of the above positions,- but they will want to ensure there is no way you can have transactions "disputed" )

Seems like a weird approach, investing in other companies vs investing in your own.

If you're trying to minimise tax obligations I guess (company tax rate vs person top tax rate), but sounds like some specific and tailored financial advice would be useful.

I got my reasons 😊

Figured as much around the AML/KYC rules and that online brokers don't want the complexity. Cheers
