How do I find my historical Spark data and call usage, say for the past six months? I want to switch to a new plan but I need information on usage to decide. I can't find it on the website or in the Android app.

Spark can give you those details easily. They did it for me when I was deciding on a new plan.

No it's not. It says the number of calls and the number of data sessions, but not total call time or data used.

I called Spark and they said "those details aren't available".

475 mobile data calls is 475mb worth of data
the rest is pretty self explanatory i would have thought

That's odd I got athe details when I went into a Spart store. It was about 12 months ago though. But with plans offering unlimited txt and calls now it's not such vital info

plus if you go down to one of the other pages it breaks it down even more

how many calls, which = how many minutes so in my case 44 calls total but 131 minutes

its all there

I disagree. It doesn't say 475MB, it says 475 calls. I connect and disconnect regularly throughout a day, and I don't often use that much data, so 475 session is far more likely than 475MB. It just doesn't say total minutes used - landline calls aren't mentioned at all.

as you can see the first image is what you posted, and what you are looking at
if you scroll down it gives you a breakdown of what what it means and you can clearly see that the mobile data calls = mb
that text message calls = number of text messages sent
that the number of calls doesn't = the number of minutes thats tallied separately in another collum

im not trolling you, im telling you how it is

also a call to a landline from a mobile is no different to a call to a mobile from a mobile if you have included minutes

No offense but you're not helping at all, perhaps it's time for you to ignore this thread.

disagree all you like but thats what it is and thats what it means

READ YOUR ENTIRE BILL ITS ALL THEIR ITS ALL EXPALINED

i cant help you if you cant understand it but the info you are asking for is all there

scroll down to the "Summary of usage for Call Plan" section

I can only surmise that 1 Mobile Data Call != 1MB data usage, because there has consistently been a significant mismatch between my mobile data usage and the number of Mobile Data Calls listed on the bill. Pretty sure

Yeah it'll be in 5 kB blocks, so for example 116,339:00 = 581695 kB

Jase, I have closely examined my bill, just downloaded direct from MySpark. I don't have the summary of use section at all.

I'm finding your posts offensive, to the point that if there was an ignore function on Geekzone I'd have blocked your posts. I suggest you examine your attitude and communications, especially the post quoted by Inphinity that you later edited. I think you need some time off Geekzone if you think this behavior is acceptable.

maybe instead of thinking people are wrong or trolling you maybe you try believing them?

isnt that what geekzone is for? for people with more knowedge on a subject shareing it with those that have less knowledge?

thats what i have done, if you choose not to believe me dont.
