Called up last week Friday to say we were moving on the weekend and can we have our broadband moved. Didn't expect to have internet for a week as we had left it so late.
Got a text Saturday to say internet and phone were up and running. Sure enough when I plugged in the modem, ADSL was up and working great.

Even better, had a call from the Spark phone rep yesterday to say he had got the manual check put through and we do in fact qualify for VDSL. The computer report he had indicated we wouldn't be but his check confirmed we can get it after all. Thanks Mitch, you rock.

Not sure how it happened so fast, but thanks Spark, your provisioning team are really onto it.
