We are having an issue with our email, I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on it. What is happening is when we are working on an email, quite regularly you are deep into it and the email program logs out in a blink and we lose what we have typed, it's not even saved in draughts. There seems to be no way of stopping this from happening [ that I can find ] in settings. Is anyone else experiencing this?

More information needed. What device are you using? What programme are you using to access your emails? Does this happen on other devices or just the one?

Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation

It's drafts

Write the email in notepad then copy and paste the text into the email

The webmail system will automatically log you out after a period of inactivity (about 5min I think?), for security.  If your local clock is out of sync, though, you might find this time window shorter, as the browser will expire cookies sooner than it needs to.  Make sure you have time synchronisation on your PC enabled so that it is accurate to the second.

If you want emails to be automatically saved in drafts, you need to enable it in your settings.
