As above. Stopped working an hour or so ago. I got hold of Spark's domain team about 5 mins before their provider informed them of the same problem.

yep - just checked on my clients and no go :(
Did they give an link for an update or ETA?
Clint
Thank you @Paul1977. We are starting to field calls from clients unable to access services.
The Spark network status page does not yet show any mention of this issue.

I assume it is only occurring if they are using sparks nameservers - ns1.partnerconsole.net, ns2.part...etc?

We had some go down about an hour ago and one only 10 minutes ago.
Would be good if there was a status page, or it mentioned somewhere?
This is a public page, it will affect all that use TPP/Key Systems, and their NS (as noted above)

Google server (8.8.8.8) appears to be resolving impacted domains again just now. Ironically, Spark's DNS servers (122.56.237.1 and 210.55.111.1) still aren't.
EDIT: I spoke too quickly. Google servers are resolving A records, but not MX records.
Everything appears to be resolving now for the domain I've been testing with. The status hasn't been updated, but I'm hoping it's fixed.
MXtoolbox is still not resolving (name server not responding) - but local DNS servers seem to be
fingers crossed :D
