I am currently setting up a website which should be accessible via mobile phone. I would like to be able to upload files onto the site which can then be downloaded by a mobile phone. I have read OMA guidelines for doing this and have read the other two posts on this forum but still cannot get what I need to work.

I have tested by uploading a .dd sile from another website and it works perfectly. Copying the file and pointing it to my own website, however, causes the mobile phone to open it in notepad. I have downloaded a program to allow me to open wml sites (though I am using html) on my pc and saw the issue. The other site's .dd file type is shown as application/vnd.oma.dd+xml, while my own is shown as text/plain. Could someone please help?
