Is it just me, or are the customer online accounts layout and logins poorly presented, with little thought to the layout and structure...

When a customer of WxC/Xnet, you have access to:

- Web mail (login:email password:customer set)
- Accounts (login:email password:customer set)
- My VFX (login:email password:customer set)
- View Bill (login:account no. password:customer set)
- xCite (account no.)

So the negatives:
- All customer details/settings in different areas
- All areas require separate new logins
- Different logins required for some areas (email/account no.)
- Some areas have little shown, poorly presented (customer accounts)

Suggestions:

The customer's online accounts needs a complete overhaul...

Incorporate all in one easy login/password to access all services in one place....
Login leads to main page with options/links to:
- Email
- Settings
- View Bill
- My VFX
- xCite

Now all that could be easily done with one page linking all current customer pages, requiring only one login to access all features...
But the layout of the pages, the links, menus, and location on the page of presented data really needs to be attacked as well.

I'm not moaning, I'm suggesting ways WxC could improve their customer experience, make their customer accounts section better presented, look more professional...as the customer accounts section of the site currently looks like its been designed by a home hobbyist as opposed to a professional web designer, with a understanding of effective structure, presentation and layout.

Thats just my opinion.

I totally agree with you BarTender Smile

I use these web pages frequently and they are about as cohesive as Chalk and Cheese.  Totally disconnected from each other and I have a bunch of favourites to access all the many and varied parts of WxC / Xnet / Dejar etc, etc...

Can't wait for the all-new improved 2.0 version, bring it on Cool

Wow, not only do you accept criticism (constructive) really well....rather than just shooting me down and dismissing my comments, you also (in this case) publicly agreed with my comments AND have hinted coming remedies....well done!

Other ISP's/business's have much to learn from you guys in listening to their customers.

Any hint of the time frame for these coming developments?

Thanks for the comments and we do like to listen, we won't always agree with some things our customers want Laughing (some want everything for no cost) but we do like the "constructive comments" and appreciate the time you take to put these in a post for us,

but back on Topic now
Once agin this is where we are a little different Cool, we generally won't give exact time frames as we see far to often failed promise's or wrong expectations set, so untill we are closer to bringing some of these systems online we won't really give a date, we are hoping for early next year at this stage,

Are there anyway to the view calls which you made from your VFX online other than wait to until end of the month when the bill comes out?

Not at this stage this will be part of the new systems coming, VFX to VFX may not be though but we will be looking at that as well going forward.
