I'm not sure if this is the correct forum subject, but here goes:

I currently have approx 23 connections with voda and looking to resign with new hardware - my issue is that I've approached Digital Mobile to arrange a meeting at my office and review connections, hardware etc but they're telling me that site visits are not part of their service. I've used them for at least 12 years with my company and frankly shocked that they can't make the time for me.

Our work is based on a number of building sites round Auckland - each site has a foreman - I'm looking for advice on the most effeciant hardware/connections they could use - to date we've used lap tops onsite but I'm thinking iPads/tablets are more flexible.

Anyway would appreciate some advice on the above - my IT guy uses 2degrees and has no issues with them...?

Cheers

Maurice

Ring your local Spark Business hub, they will come out! Or do Voda have a gun to your head (sorry had to say that)

At one of my more recent jobs, the account manager came out any time I requested it - do you have a dedicated account manager, or just dealing with the call center etc ?

yep, I have an account manager and his assistant - here are their replies:

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, I don’t go out to meetings as it’s not part of my role but happy to meet here at the office if you’d prefer.

Thank you for getting back to me.

Unfortunately I am unable to come to the physical location for an account review and apologise if I gave that impression.

I am able to do this over the phone this time still suits?
