If we use a gateway like clickatell, nexmo etc. with direct carrier relationships (not grey routes).... Can I reasonably expect an SMS with a "Click here to confirm" URL in it to reach the recipient?

We have a feeling that SMS Spam filters may be killing some of our messages, but giving a "successful" delivery receipt.

Or for low volumes would an old Nokia 6110 on a serial port be the best way to ensure URL delivery?
