richarda: I have installed Windows 10 on my HP Stream 7 tablet. The Edge browser will only open the desktop versions of web pages rather than the mobile view. For example if I try and open the Geekzone mobile site it defaults to the desktop view. similarly when I try other sites such as www.shutterfly.com it opens the desktop web pages rather than the pages displayed for phones and small tablets. Anyone know how to change this or force it to open mobile web pages.

I haven't tried this myself but are you running windows in "Tablet Mode"? Go to the action centre and there's a toggle for tablet mode there, so just tap that...then try opening up a web page and see what happens...

I tried this.  Doesn't seem to make a difference.

I always found it annoying that the mobile version would load on tablets.

That's good!  Actually the registry tweak worked so I probably won't de-tweak it

Made the faux pas of upgrading my asus transformer book on 8.1, then went for a clean install after that. Only then did I remember this tablet came with a full free copy of office 2013, that obviously is gone post clean install. Oops.

Might try asking asus if there is any way I can get a code or something to reactivate office.

I just discovered my bluetooth keyboard, which 'pairs'/'connects' does not appear to type/do anything under Windows 10. Worked fine in 8.1. Pretty big deal for me, considering rolling back.

Has anyone had issues with correct bluetooth pairing in Windows 10?

not sure to post here or start new thread.

Intel HD4600 graphics driver won't install. locked down by manufacturer.

In win 8.1 I boot into safe mode, uninstall the driver from device manager, install new one from Intel.com

but in win 10 ... I can't uninstall the existing driver!

It seems impossible to change Storage | File Locations. For me it shows "Onedrive" and even though I can change to "This PC (C:)" it does not commit the change (click image to see)

I have my own firewall and Defender installed but Windows keeps bugging me to turn on the security centre. When I try it says it can't be  started. Anyone know any more about this?

Have been running W10 for about a week.

All good until I started the computer this morning & noticed icons for many apps had disappeared. They show in the start menu, click on them, computer locks up with cursor flickering.

Settings - System - Apps shows many are 'unavailable'

I am sure I am missing a very simple step but cannot for the life of me find it. I would like to move where the Onedrive folder is domiciled on my PC. I have my HDD partitioned, I would like to move the Onedrive folder from the 'C' drive to the 'D' partition.?

Any idea folks?

unless it's a SSD, it's better not to partition a spinning drive, it makes the performance very bad if you use both partitions a lot.

but then it's your choice, but sorry i can't help you with onedrive

From the looks of things officially you can't. There appear to be some workarounds about if you do a quick google but it would be up to you if you want to use any of them or not.

Network drives seems to be broken in Windows 10.

All working fine, then suddenly, whammo.. no longer able to connect to shared drives between Windows 10 PCs.
Even homegroup seems broken.  Not happy.
