Question for anyone who added a Windows 10 machine to a domain...

When I first startup the machine (a Surface Pro 4 in this case) it asks "Who owns this PC?". If I select "Work" and enter my organisation's Office 365/domain account will it make me an admin on this machine or need an admin to grant this as a policy?

Also when I am done (this is a review machine), can I just reset Windows 10 and this link to the domain disappears?
