Hi.  I search a lot of word files using File Explorer.  I scroll through the results and use the preview pane to get the detail I want.  I have the preview pane option selected in the ribbon correctly and when I click on the file I want to look at it shows the preview - just what I want.  Then after a while the preview disappears.  When I click on the file again, or on another file the preview pane remains blank.  If I close explorer and open it again the preview pane works and then at some point it goes blank again.

Any thoughts - I'm pretty sure this is since I upgraded to Windows 10.
