Pedantic answer is pedantic.

They clearly have no care of your time and frustration having to deal with them

You're not on Atlantis anymore, Duncan Idaho.

And it goes on and on and on and on

Got another call from them yesterday.  The outright lie when they say they're going to remove your number or put it on the DNC list.  The caller simply has no care for you at all.

Thinking wouldn't it be nice to signup their business line to a robocall operator.....hmmmm......

Work out the cost of reprinting business cards and letterhead, then send them an invoice stating that as the cost of changing your phone number. State that you will file proceedings at the disputes tribunal if they don't pay it within 14 days.

Move forward with the disputes tribunal if the harassment continues.

I am assuming it's an entity on the NZ companies register. If it's just an overseas scam operation then this probably won't work.

As an aside, I think this is a really good lesson in the importance of not giving out your phone number or email address to anyone who doesn't have a really good reason to request them. If you can't resist entering competitions and surveys then get a prepaid SIM and throwaway email address that you can use for that purpose.

Nuisance calls and emails are becoming more and more prevalent, and strict gatekeeping is now a necessity.

Hi
Yes I have been a member for a long time.
You know they have alright products price wise it is not the cheapest but it is alright.

The problem is I have waited just about 6 months fory products which to me is not good service.

This time I feel let down as of end of last year I was promised my stuff to be delivered at the start of this year... Here I am still waiting they told me they have delivery issues with Thier system, this has been going on gor a week now..
I have decided to look at closing my account...
The last problem I has was not good they ended up giving me a speaker system for free which at the time was good. But wait I ended up paying for it.

I am over it all together......
I did once change my order which is my right and I am happy for the change..
End of the day trying to get a refund is so hard they always try and do a deal which if you do this it is alright to do or you need to fight for a refund..

For me I am every week checking in..
Just beware keep your payments up to date...

You need to get advice from the CAB, and push for a refund, as of yesterday. Someone may be able to correct me but I’m think you have grounds for cancelling your contract and getting a refund.
You should raise a complaint with the FDRS and might even need to threaten the Disputes Tribunal.
