There are still issues with the website too. I preordered the new Doom game some time ago, before it had a release date. The product page itself says it's out on Thursday and to preorder for day one delivery, but my actual order status still lists the placeholder date of 31 December.
Placed an order, next day was nearby so went in to pickup - "Sorry its not available, please wait for the email" - usually we get the email within an hour of ordering.
Email arrived a week later.

So it's nearly 19:00 on Wednesday and I've yet to get a tracking number or any indication that my order has been dispatched. Additionally, the "get help on this order" link goes into an infinite loop. It remains to be seen whether it turns up tomorrow or not.
Update: At 6:52 this morning (Thursday) they emailed me my preorder bonus code. No news on the actual game yet though.
It finally shipped eight minutes ago, along with a $10 credit as an apology for the delay.
Edit: And because the Mighty Ape website is the gift that keeps on giving... their tracking page shows all the timestamps two hours fast. This sounds suspiciously like the difference between Victoria and NZ.
Ergh sorry, another mighty ape has gone down the toilet post... can anybody try and use the "contact customer service" button for a previous order (preferably around 18 months old?)
Every step shows progress spinners for ages, before putting me in an endless loop of selecting the product it applies to (a ps5) then bumping me back to this landing screen, rinse, repeat. The cynic in me thinks this is a pretty good way to discourage anyone from claiming on warranties/CGA! Though I guess based on the recent security issue it's more likely just incompetence on the part of their web devs...

Worked for me on an order from September 2021. Selected Something I Ordered. Selected from the list of previous orders. Selected something else from the enquiry type dropdown. Was then presented with a Contact form.
I needed to contact them about an order a couple of months ago and I think it failed in the same way for me too, and I had to find an alternative way of contacting them. But I might be conflating this with a different site, because it was a while ago.
Edit: Just a few posts up, in this very thread...

It worked for me recently. I had to request a replacement receipt for something that I had purchased a couple of years ago. At the time I had no issue with the something I'd ordered button.

Ah doh, I should have scrolled up like 2 posts! :D I guess I'll just drop into the warehouse next time I'm down there!! Unless you can recall how you contacted them? Maybe I will just try publicly on twitter or some other social media platform; that usually gets pretty quick results eh.
EDIT: Actually their online chat seems to work so trying that first.
